For this bedding, we chose warm neutrals and embroidered details to impart warmth and texture. The motif takes its cue from traditional suzanis, embroidered textiles that originally hail from Central Asia. PRODUCT DETAILS CONSTRUCTION Made of 100% cotton with digitally embroidered design. Reverses to solid. Machine embroidered. Duvet features a button closure with inner ties that keep insert in place; sham features an envelope closure. Imported. Because I do not accept returns, unless there was a clear error on my part, do not think to abuse the eBay resolution process, stating you received the incorrect item if you did not indeed receive the wrong item. As part of the resolution process, you WILL HAVE TO fully and clearly document and demonstrate, with pictures and a full explanation, how the product that you received was not what was listed. Any frivolous use of the dispute/return process to try to return an item will be immediately reported to eBay. Despite all of the above listed disclaimers, I am a reasonable person. Take pictures of the box opened, prior to removing the packaging, and finally, take clear pictures of the broken item (close-ups and of the entire item itself). Email me these pictures, along with a description of the damages. You will be able to use the same pictures and information for filing the claim with the shipping agent used.
