DEMOCRATIC NATIONAL CONVENTION (DNC) CHALLENGE COIN: Chicago 2024, Size: 2″ This 3D coin is die struck and expertly crafted. Each coin is meticulously enameled and polished. The obverse depicts the Chicago Police and Secret Service stars over a patterned background. Raised above the city skyline as it expands into the Chicago River at the Michigan Avenue bridge. At the base, the Democrat Party symbol, the Donkey, is kicking and highlighted with glitter infused enamel. Raised around the perimeter of the coin is Democratic National Convention and Chicago 2024 separated by four Chicago six point stars. The reverse depicts a full rendering of the United Center at night themed for the convention. At the top is a star field with Holding the Line at the top perimeter. At the base are two Chicago Police Prisoner vans with a line of Chicago Police officers in turtle gear at the fore. Coin features a polished nickel finish with gold accents and enamel coloring including glitter and translucency sections. The reverse features a UV printed image.
