As postage is based on total weight or cubic size, so we will need you to message us with a list of the items you want so we can weigh them and get back to you with a combined postage quote

To get automatic combined postage you can add the items you want to your eBay cart, then go to your eBay cart and click the button that says “request total from seller” note this only works on a PC or through a web browser on your phone, it will not work on the eBay apps, we will then edit the postage price and send you back the eBay invoice to pay with the correct postage

No matter which way you do it we will always refund any extra postage paid as we only charge the actual postage cost that it costs us

Please ensure all purchases are paid for within four days and check out is completed within your My eBay.

If you are having any trouble paying within the 4 days, then please email us before the 4th day otherwise ebay will automatically open an unpaid case for the item. We have no problems extending that time, but we need to know so that we can stop the unpaid case being automatically opened

All items are shipped via Australia Post, orders with a postage cost of $8.80 or more will have tracking, your tracking number will be automatically forwarded to the email account you use for Paypal once your item/s have been dispatched so it is important that you use that email address.
It is very important to include your phone number in your Paypal account, this is because we then include your phone number with your address on your parcel, it helps Australia Post to be able to contact you if they can not find you via the address supplied, we can not modify the shipping address after you have paid so please make sure you put the correct address in paypal when paying

( International Customers ) Shipping Outside Australia
All items are shipped next business day after your order is placed and payment received
All items are shipped via Australia Post with tracking using International Registered Post, Pack & Track or Express Courier International depending on weight and which one you choose at checkout, all posted items must be signed for upon delivery, your tracking number will be forwarded to your myeBay once your item/s have been dispatched, note, you can also use the tracking number supplied on your local postal services website once the parcel has arrived in your country and cleared customs, we always suggest doing this when trying to track your parcel. We also suggest always including your phone number in your Paypal account, this helps if your local post office needs to contact you when your parcel arrives in your country if for some reason they can not find your address etc.

Returns Policy

You may return most new unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less delivery fee.
After 30 days you will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
No returns accepted after 60 days.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

We will not pay the return shipping costs or refund you the original shipping costs if the error is made by the customer, these include but are not limited to

• You ordered the wrong style.
• You ordered the brand.
• You ordered the wrong quantity.
• You ordered the wrong colour (Note: different computer screens & mobile devices will show different shades of colour (please understand this before placing an order).
• You ordered the wrong size (Note: we always say “measure twice order once).
• You noted the wrong address on your order (Note: please always double check the address on your order, this is most important for international customers).

We will notify you via paypal message of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
